Joe and Jill Biden Monday evening hosted local children of firefighters, nurses and police officers at the White House for a Halloween celebration.
Biden took advantage of the trick-or-treating event and sniffed a baby.
He just can’t help himself.
A father holding his baby walked up to Joe Biden and Biden immediately went in for a sniff.
Why does he always do this?

I have seen plenty of useful things on your web site about pc’s. However, I have the opinion that notebooks are still not quite powerful enough to be a sensible choice if you usually do projects that require lots of power, like video enhancing. But for world wide web surfing, microsoft word processing, and the majority of other common computer work they are fine, provided you do not mind small screen size.
