An NBC News report Friday contradicts details in the federal charging papers against David DePape, 42, about the attack one week ago on Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), at the couple’s San Francisco home.
Pelosi was released from the hospital Thursday and returned home where he faces a long recovery from injuries from the hammer attack that required skull surgery and also injured his right arm and hands.
DePape, an illegal alien from Canada, faces state and federal charges and is being held without bail and has an ICE detainer. DePape reportedly confessed to breaking into the Pelosi home with plans to hold Nancy Pelosi hostage and break her kneecaps. He allegedly tried to take Paul Pelosi hostage instead when told she was not home. Police report DePape had two hammers, zip ties and tape.
However, NBC reporter Miguel Almaguer reported on the Today Show that accused attacker David DePape and Paul Pelosi were alone in the Pelosi home for thirty minutes, that Paul Pelosi answered the door and did not tell police he needed help and try to leave the house but instead walked away and back to DePape while Pelosi told police “Everything is good.” when they asked “what’s going on?.”
It was then that Pelosi and DePape were seen wrestling over the hammer. Police intervened after Pelosi was struck in the head and knocked unconscious.
Say WHAT?
More incredible details that absolutely wreck the media-Democrat narrative over the past week:
Paul Pelosi never let on to responding officers that he was in distress just seconds before he walked back into his house where a man bludgeoned him with a hammer, new details have revealed.
The 82-year-old husband of the US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi instead smiled at the officers who had responded to the high priority 911 call at his San Francisco home last week, according to court documents, and told them ‘everything’s good.’
Instead of telling officers he needed help, or trying to flee the home, Pelosi retreated back into the foyer where police saw the attacker strike him with a hammer, sources close to the investigation told NBC News.
Will NBC soon “retract” this report, as the media has “retracted” prior reports that Paul Pelosi told 911 dispatchers that “his name is David, and he is a friend?”
Nothing about this story makes sense or ever made sense before, regardless of the media carrying water for Democrat lies about DePape being a “MAGA QAnon right-winger” — despite him living in a hippie commune with rainbow and Black Lives Matter flags outside his mobile home.
And Nancy Pelosi’s behavior also has made no sense. Instead of appearing in the hospital next to her wounded husband, or speaking in front of cameras, she has fled the press and acted like she herself was a suspect, as can be seen in the video clip:
NBC adds, “Why Pelosi didn’t try to flee or tell responding officers he was in distress is unclear.”
You’re damn right, it is “unclear.”
Then there’s this from NBC: “We still don’t know what happened between Mr. Pelosi and the suspect for the 30 minutes they are alone and in that house.”
Thirty minutes?
Fake media outlets told us Mr. Pelosi’s alleged assailant was in his underwear. Then these outlets retracted the claim and attacked anyone who believed their initial report as a conspiracy theorist.
So now we’re being told Pelosi told the cops “everything’s good.”
Also lying there in the ether is a police dispatch recording that says Pelosi told the cops that his alleged attacker’s “name is David and that he is a friend.”
“Friend.”
The friend thing can’t be retracted because we have a recording.
And of course, to top it all off, authorities — and the Pelosis — are refusing to release any security or police body cam footage.
Well, if Mr. Pelosi told the cops “everything’s good” when he could have run out the door to safety… If Mr. Pelosi strolled back into the house after the police arrived instead of running to safety, I can see why the government would not want the public to see the footage. Same with the footage of Mr. Pelosi’s DUI arrest just a few months ago.
It is pretty damn clear this entire story is a web of lies, and the Democrats are absolutely terrified the truth will come out before Election Day and make the “red wave” that much worse.
